Every treatment follows a fixed order: first we relax, then warmth, then the muscles work and the serum. We measure at visits 1, 3 and 6, so you see the difference in photos, not just in a promise.

Ritual: stomach and face at once
The robot works on your stomach while Aneta or Olaf look after your face at the same time. Two areas, one hour. For anyone who wants a firmer stomach and a fresher face before the holidays, a wedding or a trip.

- 2Contour and cheeks: a smaller face head, deep radio-frequency warmth along the jaw and on the cheeks

Recovery
Hyperbaric chamber
An hour at a gentle 1.5 ATA, like five metres under water. For anyone tired, busy or training who wants to switch off once a week.
What to expect
- Straight away: calm and lightness, many people fall asleep.
- Best once a week or after your hardest training.
- Pass: 4 sessions within 8 weeks. For two: the Date in the capsule, massage and chamber in turns.

Oxygen and warmth
An evening for yourself after work: an hour in the chamber, then half an hour of terahertz warmth. 90 minutes, cheaper than separately.

Before
- 1.5–2 l of water the day before and on the day
- no body lotion on the area, no jewellery
- stomach: last meal 2 hours before
- face: 3 days without acids and retinoids (we remove make-up)
After
- water and a 20–30 minute walk
- 24 hours without sauna or a hot bath
- face: sunscreen, 48 hours without tanning
- next treatment in 7 days: regularity builds the result
When we do not treat
Pregnancy and breastfeeding, a pacemaker or electronic implants, metal in the treated area, epilepsy, cancer, fever or infection, inflammation and fresh scars in the area, fresh fillers or threads in the face. Stomach after giving birth: at least 3 months, after a C-section with your doctor's approval. Before the first treatment you fill in a short questionnaire.
