What science says, and what it does not
What we know
Terahertz sits between microwaves and infrared. Like radio and light, it is non-ionising. It works shallowly, at the level of the skin.
What we do not know
Scientists are studying how these waves act on cells. The results so far are preliminary, mostly from laboratories. That is why we do not promise rejuvenation or treatment.
We promise warmth, loosening up and half an hour of quiet. That is what we deliver.
Is it safe?
Terahertz sits on the same side of the scale as radio and the warmth of a fire. It is a long way from X-rays.
