Prices and bundles
How much is a hyperbaric chamber session in Warsaw?
At REVIVO in Białołęka a hyperbaric chamber session costs 150 zł for 60 minutes. When comparing offers in Warsaw, check two things: session length and pressure - half an hour at lower pressure is not the same product as an hour at 1.5 ATA, and the price is often similar.
How much is a Deyee robotic massage?
A massage on the Deyee robot costs 180 zł for 45 minutes. The price includes a 3D scan before the session and a thermal camera report afterwards - you do not pay extra for those.
How much is a terahertz session?
A terahertz session costs 150 zł for 30 minutes. It is the shortest and cheapest item on our price list, so it is often chosen by people who want to try the studio without a bigger outlay.
Does a first visit cost more?
The opposite - a first visit costs 199 zł and includes more than a single session: a conversation about what you need, two thermal camera images, and a full session. Bought separately those parts would cost 470 zł.
When is a bundle worth it, and when are single sessions?
The membership starts to pay off from four sessions a month - at that number it works out at 173 zł per session instead of the single-visit price. At one, two or three sessions a month, paying per visit is cheaper, and that is what we will tell you. There is a calculator on the home page where you can work it out for your own rhythm.
Booking and payment
Do I have to pay upfront?
Not for your first visit: you book it without paying and pay at the studio. Single sessions are paid when you book online.
What if I have to cancel?
You can change or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit, using the link in your confirmation e-mail. After that the session is lost, because we will not manage to offer the slot to somebody else.
How long is a bundle valid?
Every bundle gives you a set time for the series, always twice as long as the session plan, counted from the day you buy it. You will find it on the bundle card. You can freeze it once for up to 14 days, for example if you fall ill or go on holiday. All bundle rules
Can I change what is in the bundle along the way?
Yes. We set the proportions at the first consultation and adjust them during the cycle if your situation changes. You are paying to be looked after, not for hours ticked off a list.
What payment methods do you accept?
When booking online you can pay by card, by BLIK or by instant transfer. Payment is handled by an external provider; we do not store your card details.
Can I buy a gift card for someone else?
Yes. Write to us or call, we will agree an amount or a bundle and prepare a gift card for you to hand over.
Effects and how a visit runs
After how many sessions do you notice a difference?
We will not give you a number, because it would be made up. With muscle tension some people feel a difference after the first session; with fatigue and post-training recovery it builds over a series of visits. We do it differently: after the first visit we say plainly whether we see a point in more, or not.
Will I feel anything after the first visit?
Usually yes, though not always what you expect. After massage and terahertz there is normally release and sleepiness; after the chamber, a clearer head the next day. It also happens that a first session gives nothing noticeable; that does not mean the next one will not.
How long does the effect of a session last?
From a dozen or so hours to a few days, depending on what happens in your life between visits. If you go back to the same position at your desk or the same training load, the tension comes back - recovery does not stop the cause, it helps you come out of it.
A robot is going to massage me? I would rather have a person.
A person runs the session, Aneta or Olaf, and stays beside you the whole time. The robot does one thing: hold even pressure for sixty minutes, which a hand cannot sustain.
Is it safe?
Aneta, a registered nurse, is part of our team. Before every session we ask about contraindications. For the chamber you fill in a short health questionnaire. If anything does not suit you, you say so and we stop that minute.
Does it hurt?
It should not. The robot works with pressure control and corrects it in real time. We agree the intensity before the session and you can change it as it goes. In the chamber you feel the pressure change in your ears, as on a plane, and terahertz is warmth and nothing else. If at any moment it is too much, you say so and we change it.
Do I need any experience?
No, most people come to us for the first time in their lives. We show you everything here: where to lie down, what you will feel and how long it takes. You do not need to know anything or prepare beforehand.
How do you know what I need? You do not know me.
From the conversation before the session and a thermal scan before and after. We do not guess and we do not diagnose. We choose heads based on what you say and what the frame shows.
What if it does not work for me?
At the end we will ask how you feel. If you decide it is not for you, we give back 199 zł right away, on your way out. No explaining yourself.
How long does a first visit take?
Allow about 75 minutes. The session itself is an hour. The rest is the conversation at the start, two camera images and a quiet moment afterwards.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes, the ones you normally wear - there is no need to change into your underwear. You go into the hyperbaric chamber fully dressed; for massage and terahertz a loose shirt and trousers are enough.
Can I come straight after training?
Yes, and it is one of the better moments, especially for the chamber and drainage. The only thing we ask is that you do not come straight from very intense exercise with no break at all - a quarter of an hour to get your breath back is enough.

Massage: Does a machine massage hurt?
The intensity is set individually – a session should be firm but comfortable, never painful.
Massage: How often is it worth having a massage?
It depends on your lifestyle and your goal – we will talk it through at the first visit and help you choose a bundle.
Massage: Do I need to prepare in any way?
No – comfortable clothes are enough. Our team takes care of the rest.
Massage: Is a robotic massage safe?
The arm works with pressure control and corrects it in real time, not on a fixed program. We set the intensity before the session, and you can change it with one word. Before your first visit we ask about contraindications.
Massage: Robotic massage versus a classic massage, what is the difference?
A hand tires after a dozen or so minutes, the arm does not. The robot holds the same pressure through the whole session and returns to the same spot to the millimetre. A person decides where and how firmly.
Hyperbaric: Is a hyperbaric chamber session safe?
Yes, provided there are no contraindications – which is why we ask you to fill in a short health questionnaire before the first session.
Hyperbaric: Can I use the chamber if I am pregnant?
That is one of the contraindications we ask about in the questionnaire before a session – please contact us before booking.
Hyperbaric: How long is one session?
The exact length depends on the bundle you choose – details are on the bundles page.
Terahertz: How is a terahertz session different from a classic massage?
It is a hands-off form of relaxation based on gentle vibration from the device – a different technique, the same goal: unwinding.
Terahertz: Does a terahertz session treat specific conditions?
No – we treat this service purely as a form of relaxation and wellness, not as a medical procedure.
Terahertz: Is the session unpleasant in any way?
No, it is a comfortable, relaxing session – most people describe it as pleasant, gentle warmth and vibration.
Contraindications
Who cannot have a hyperbaric session?
A session cannot go ahead in cases including pregnancy, an untreated pneumothorax in your history, lung conditions with air trapping, fever, and after chemotherapy with bleomycin, cisplatin or doxorubicin. A blocked nose or a sinus infection is a separate matter – there we simply move the appointment, because in two weeks the session will be possible. The full list is on our contraindications page. Do I have to fill in a questionnaire before every visit?
No – you fill in the questionnaire before your first hyperbaric session. On later visits we only ask whether anything has changed in your health.
Do massage and terahertz have contraindications too?
There are far fewer of them than with hyperbaric sessions, but we talk about your health before every first visit. If you are being treated for something long-term, tell us – we will set the intensity accordingly or suggest a different technology.
Do REVIVO sessions treat medical conditions?
No. Our services are relaxation, recovery and wellness services. They are not healthcare services, they do not replace a consultation with a doctor, and they are not intended to treat any condition.

Is there a hyperbaric chamber in Białołęka?
Yes - there is a hyperbaric chamber at REVIVO, Modlińska 115 in Białołęka. We are in the same hall as New Age Fitness. From the club entrance, the door on the left. Free customer parking right by the studio.
How do I get to REVIVO from the centre of Warsaw?
From the centre of Warsaw it takes about 20 minutes by car, heading north along Modlińska. A bus stop about 3 minutes on foot. Free customer parking right by the studio.
Where exactly are you?
At Modlińska 115 in Warsaw, in Białołęka. Detailed directions, parking information and a map are on the contact page.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is free customer parking by the studio. Modlińska is a main road, so coming by car is the easiest option here.
How early should I arrive?
5–10 minutes early is enough. For a first visit allow a quarter of an hour – there is a short conversation and some paperwork.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes and a change of shoes. If you forget something, we will sort it out here.

Not everyone can go into the chamber
Hyperbaric sessions have contraindications – among them pregnancy, pneumothorax, colds and sinus infections. We ask about them in the questionnaire before a first session. The full list.
We will not measure the effect for you
With hyperbaric and terahertz sessions, what you feel is subjective. We will not show you a graph proving it worked – we will show you the thermal camera report and ask how you feel. The camera measures skin temperature. It does not diagnose.
