Does it hurt?
It should not. We set the intensity for you: the session should feel firm but comfortable. One word changes the pressure as it goes.
A robot is going to massage me? I would rather have a person.
A person runs the session and stays beside you the whole time. The robot does one thing: even pressure for the whole hour, which a hand cannot hold.
What do I wear?
Comfortable clothes. You do not need to prepare anything, we take care of the rest.
How often should I come?
It depends on your routine and your goal. We talk it through at the first visit and help you choose a bundle.
