How a visit runs

    Getting ready10 min

    You stay in your own clothes and take off shoes and jewellery. We explain how to equalise your ears.

  2. 02

    Going in5 min

    You lie down, the chamber closes and pressure rises slowly. Your ears feel like a plane taking off.

  3. 03

    The session60 min

    You put on the mask and breathe normally. Sleep or look outside. Raise a hand and we open up.

In a combined session you start with a massage on the Deyee robot, then go into the chamber. A body that has already let go enters an hour of quiet differently than a tense one.

Frequently asked questions

Is it cramped inside?
The chamber is roomy, you lie freely, and there is a window and light. If you find enclosed spaces difficult, tell us and we will take it calmly; you can stop going in at any moment.
Do your ears pop?
As the pressure rises you feel the same as on a plane. We show you a simple way to equalise, and we raise the pressure slowly enough for it to stay comfortable.
Can I fall asleep?
Yes. That is exactly how many people spend the session.
How much is a hyperbaric chamber session in Warsaw?
At REVIVO in Białołęka a hyperbaric chamber session costs 150 zł for 60 minutes. When comparing offers in Warsaw, check two things: session length and pressure - half an hour at lower pressure is not the same product as an hour at 1.5 ATA, and the price is often similar.

Before you book

Hyperbaric sessions have contraindications, and a few of them are absolute.

  • colds and sinus infections

If any of them applies to you, call before booking. We would rather advise against a session than run one against common sense.
