What happens in those 75 minutes

We ask where it tightens, what your day looks like and about contraindications. We talk by the couch, not across a desk.

Image before2 min
The thermal camera takes a picture of your back. You feel nothing, and it takes a moment.

Robot massage60 min
We choose the heads based on what you told us. You change the pressure with a single word. A person stays beside you the whole time.

Image after and the planabout 5 min
A second image and the comparison. Your six-week plan comes by text message. No pressure: the decision is yours.
At the end we ask how you feel. Not for you? We give back 199 zł straight away.
Before you come
- Have a light meal 1–2 hours before.
- Come in comfortable clothes. A change of shoes helps, but is not required.
- Take medication long-term? Bring a list of it.
- Free customer parking right by the studio.

Why does the first visit cost less than an hour of massage?
An hour of massage on its own is 220 zł. The first visit is 75 minutes: a conversation, the camera images, the same massage and a plan. We want you to try us with no risk, and then decide for yourself.
How long does a first visit take?
Allow about 75 minutes. The session itself is an hour. The rest is the conversation at the start, two camera images and a quiet moment afterwards.
Are there any contraindications?
The first visit is a massage. For massage and terahertz sessions there are few contraindications. Hyperbaric chamber sessions require a health questionnaire before the first time. The full list is on our contraindications page.
Do I have to buy a bundle straight away?
No. A first visit is a service in its own right. The plan you get by text message after the visit is yours whether or not you decide to continue with us.
Can I refer someone?
Yes. Your friend comes for a first visit on the usual terms, and you get 50 zł off your next session. All they have to do is give your name when booking.
