Safety

Getting ready for the robot massage: one of our team with a 96-year-old guest

There is a registered nurse on our team. Before the first treatment we ask how you feel, about medication and contraindications. If the treatment is not right for you, we will say so plainly.

We do not do a robot massage when there is:

  • pregnancy
  • fever or acute infection
  • epilepsy and disorders of consciousness
  • uncontrolled high blood pressure or unstable heart disease
  • cancer currently being treated
  • alcohol or intoxicating substances on the day of the visit
  • a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device
  • deep vein thrombosis or a past embolism
  • a recent fracture
  • advanced osteoporosis
  • fresh wounds or unhealed cuts in the treated area
  • surgery within the last six weeks

Treatments with radio waves and microcurrent (RF, EMS) are also ruled out by:

  • metal implants in the area the device works on
Tell us beforehand if any of these apply:
  • diabetes
  • under 18 years of age
  • metal implants in the area the device works on
  • a joint replacement or implant in the area the head works on
  • full-dose anticoagulant treatment or a bleeding disorder
  • varicose veins
  • a history of lymph node removal
  • fresh bruising, haematoma or swelling in the working area
  • treated hypertension
  • disc problems
  • skin conditions or a fresh tattoo
  • recent cosmetic procedures
  • thyroid conditions
  • menstruation

How do I book without the internet?

Is there parking, and are there steps?
Parking by the building is free. The studio entrance is step-free, the door is next to the New Age Fitness entrance.
When is it quietest?
On weekdays between 12 and 3 pm. In the evenings people come over from the fitness club next door.
How much does a visit cost?
Robot massage: 45 minutes 180 zł, 60 minutes 220 zł. Light legs, 30 minutes: 120 zł. Pay by card, Apple Pay or cash.
Can I come with someone close?
Yes. You can come with your daughter, son or grandchild. We will all talk before the treatment.
Who should not have a robot massage?
