Privacy policy

Below we describe what data this site collects, what for, and who we pass it to.

Who is the controller of your data

The controller of personal data is NATIVE RESORTS Sp. z o.o. (registered office: Biesówko, 11-300 Biesówko, woj. warmińsko-mazurskie), KRS 0000601561, NIP 7393882086, REGON 363713807, REVIVO (place of business: Modlińska 115, Warszawa (Białołęka), 03-186). On matters concerning personal data you can write to kontakt@revivo.studio.

What data we collect and what for

We only collect data that you give us yourself:

  • Contact form – your name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number and the message itself. We use them to answer your enquiry.
  • Booking a visit – the data you enter in the booking form (name, e-mail, phone, the time and service you choose) and payment data, which we never see: it is handled by the payment provider.
  • Information about contraindications – if you use hyperbaric sessions, we ask you to fill in a questionnaire before your first visit. We process this data solely in order to run the session safely.

On what legal basis

  • Answering an enquiry from the form: your consent and our legitimate interest, that is contact with a person who approached us (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
  • Booking and delivering a visit: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Settlements and accounting records: a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Newsletter and visit statistics: your consent alone, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who we pass the data to

We use external providers who process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements:

  • Cal.com – the calendar and online booking, together with visit reminders.
  • Payment provider – taking prepayment for a visit. We neither collect nor store card details.
  • E-mail provider – delivering the message sent from the contact form to our inbox.
  • Google Maps – the map on the contact page loads from Google servers only once you scroll down to it.
  • Analytics and marketing tools – they load only after you give consent in the cookie banner.

How long we keep the data

We keep correspondence from the contact form for as long as the matter takes and for the limitation period of any claims. We keep settlement data for the period required by tax law. We process marketing consent until it is withdrawn.

Your rights

At any time you have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy of it,
  • have data that is incorrect or incomplete rectified,
  • have data erased and its processing restricted,
  • have data transferred to another controller,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), the Polish supervisory authority.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working and remember the choice you make in the consent banner; they are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies start only after you consent, and the scripts that set them do not load before that. You can change your choice at any time with the button „Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
