Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. If the treatment does not suit the person, we swap the card for another one of the same value.

Before you buy a card

How long is the card valid?
12 months from the day of purchase. The date is written on the card.
What if the treatment does not suit the person?
We swap the card for another treatment of the same value, for example when there is a contraindication or something does not feel right. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can I give the “First visit” card to someone who has been to you before?
That card is for people who have not been to us yet. For regulars, pick the 60-minute massage, the Face series or a card for any amount.
The person wants to keep coming. What then?
If they buy a series or a bundle within 7 days of the first visit, we take the 199 zł from the “First visit” card off the price.
How does the person book a date?
They scan the code on the card and WhatsApp opens with a ready-made message. Or they call: +48 455 563 267. We are open every day: Mon–Fri 12:00–23:00 · Sat–Sun 12:00–21:00.
What does the card look like and how do I collect it?
It is a paper card with their name and yours, in an envelope. We get it ready for pick-up at the studio at Modlińska 115, the door next to New Age Fitness.
How can I pay?
In the studio by card, Apple Pay or cash. We do not take BLIK.
Is there parking, and are there any steps?
Parking by the building is free, and the studio has a step-free entrance. That matters when the card is for mum, dad or grandma.
Is a robot massage suitable for an older person?
The robot has a gentle mode for older people, and the oldest guest we have massaged was 96. Before the first treatment we briefly ask about wellbeing, medication and contraindications. We agree the pressure together and it can be changed during the session. If the treatment is not right for them, we will say so plainly. What it is like for an older person

Yes. Team cards are charged at price-list prices, for example 10 “First visit” cards come to 1 990 zł.
